We are currently hiring for a counter sales associate.

Job Description:

  • Providing Friendly and professional Customer Service
  • Helping to create various seasonal floral arrangements
  • Store operations including but not limited to:

Pricing and placing merchandise

Decorating shelves

Checking out customers on register

What we are looking for:

Hourly full or part time sales associate

Retail experience providing customer service, including assisting customers in locating product, answering phones, building relationships with customers, resolving customer issues, and thanking customers for their business.

Sales experience identifying and selling products based on customer needs, including processing credit cards, selling/scheduling material deliveries, and explaining plant care, product features, and benefits.

Wage is commensurate with experience.

Our Physical Work Environment:
As in any garden center/landscape and maintenance service business, staff may work indoors, outdoors or both in all types of weather conditions including sun, heat, cold, rain, wind and snow. Many jobs may be physical and require frequent bending, grabbing and lifting. They may require staff to be on their feet all day, standing or walking and throughout it all; staff needs to be both pleasant and energetic. We encourage our staff to maintain good physical and mental preparedness to enable them to perform their work duties in a consistent high performance manner.
